Step 3 - Database Connection

Enter the MySQL or MariaDB database details AVS Billing should use.

Use the database service name in Docker environments, for example mariadb.
Step 4 - Admin Account

Create the first admin account. You will use this account to sign in to the admin area.

At least 14 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Passwords found in known data breaches are not accepted.
Step 5 - Company Details
Every client-area page carries structured data (JSON-LD) about the company - its legal name, address, contact, profiles and the countries it serves - the way the public website does. Search engines read it from here.
One full web address per line: the company on registries, directories and social networks. Two-letter country codes, comma-separated.

Set the default currency used for invoices, orders, and product pricing. You can add more currencies later.

Registration, password reset and contact forms can ask a simple sum before they are accepted. The question is made here and needs no third-party service or API keys; reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha can be chosen instead later on the Anti-Spam settings page.

Step 9 - Console Proxy

Console Gateway

Clients open their servers' consoles through a small gateway on this host, so they never reach Proxmox directly. Install it first, as root, from the installation directory:

sudo console/install.sh

It prints a port and a secret; enter them here. The gateway speaks plain HTTP on a port Cloudflare terminates TLS for (8443, 2053, 2083, 2087 or 2096), so behind Cloudflare nothing needs a certificate; add a Configuration Rule for cf.edge.server_port eq 8443 that sets the SSL/TLS mode to Flexible. Without Cloudflare, give the script the panel's certificate (--tls-cert, --tls-key). Everything here can be changed later under System, Settings, Console proxy; until a secret is entered the console button stays hidden.
